So, I should tell you all something about my running. I really suck. I went for my first outdoor run yesterday, and I lumbered through about 3 miles like an old lady.
I say this now so that in 2 months I can be like, "Look how far I've come!"
Right now, though...boo.

I totally feel you on this Lisa. Last weekend was my first soccer game of the season. It totally beat me down. I was sore for 3 days. I've never felt that bad after a soccer game before. I really need to buckle down and bust my ass to get back in shape; I hate it when running feels this bad...
