Don't get mad, go running.

I just came back from a 6.6 mile run, the longest I have done since July.

My foot hurts a lot now (although it didn't hurt when I was running).

But my brain hurts a lot less than it did before the run.

Ah, the restorative powers of a run!

PS I bailed on the Pi Run because I stayed up late eating a delicious chocolate cake that my friend made me for my birthday.

mmmmmm.....cake. :) did you hang it from the ceiling? i was just at this party where they hung donuts from the ceiling with dental floss and it was a race to see who would finish first. i feel like that is the only way to enjoy treats now.... :)

Nothing like a good run to clear your mind. It does seam like we missed fall. We will go from summer to winter. I love fall running.

On Saturday, I plan on eating an entire cake ALL BY MYSELF. If my boys' hands accidentally get in the way...I am NOT responsible for what might happen.
